Pre-bidding will take place up to webcast auction day November 15th. At 9:00 am all cars will sell on webcast/ broadcast video bidding through this site on your device. You will see a video of the vehicle and hear the auctioneers call the bids. Web Auction Platform Page will change and open here on Auction day. Tutorial videos are available on links above. Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders at conclusion of webcast auction. We accept cash, check and wire transfer. We do NOT accept credit or debit cards. You will pay onsite at time of pickup at 508 38th st. South, Fargo ND. (ND DOT, large white shop.) 2.9% Buyers Premium is added to final bid price to become your total purchase price.

Items must be settled for and picked up at the ND DOT facility, 508 38th St. S. Fargo, ND (Large White Shop Building) at the fallowing times:

Wednesday Nov. 15th At the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 pm. Thursday November 16th from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Last chance settlement and pickup Friday morning November 17th from 8:00 am till 9:00 am only. Please keep these times in mind prior to bidding. If you can not pickup or make arrangements to have picked up and settled for during these times please DO NOT BID. Remember when you place a bid you are entering a legally binding contract with the State of ND and Orr Auctioneers. All titles are handled by the State of North Dakota and will be mailed 14 business days after the auction. You will pay the appropriate sales tax on the total purchase price when you transfer title at your choice of Department of Motor Vehicle offices.

Vehicles can be viewed Tuesday, November 14th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm at the NDDOT Facility. 503 38th St. South in Fargo, ND. Vehicles will be available for external inspections only and will not be started. No auction day admittance during or prior to auction. Thank you.
