Pre-bidding allows buyers to place bids including max bids prior to the start of the Webcast Auction. At the conclusion of the pre-bidding the auctioneer will conduct the final phase know as the webcast auction. This site (your screen) will then change to the webcast screen for ease of bidding. At that time you will bid from the comfort of your choice on the devise of your choice. You will listen to the auctioneer auction the cars individually in lot order. The auctioneer will start the live bidding at the final pre-bid  amount. The auction will then end through competitive bidding in live webcast. No onsite bidding permitted. Good Luck bidder!

Vehicles can be viewed Tuesday, May 21st. from 8 am to 3:30 pm at the NDDOT Facility. 218 Airport Road, Bismarck, ND. Vehicles will be available for external inspections only and will not be started. No auction day admittance prior or during the webcast to auction. Thank you!

Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders at conclusion of webcast auction. We accept cash, check and wire transfer (please ad $30 wire fee). We do NOT accept credit or debit cards. You will pay onsite at time of pickup at 214 Airport Road, Bismarck ND. (Shop Door 1999 ND DOT, large brick shop adjacent to RR tracks.) 2.9% Buyers Premium is added to final bid price to become your total purchase price.

Items must be settled for and picked up at the ND DOT facility, 214 Airport Road, Bismarck, ND ( Shop Door 1999 - Large Brick Shop Adjacent to RR Tracks) at the following times:

Wednesday May 22nd at the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 pm. Thursday May 23rd  from 8:00 am till 1:00 pm only. Please keep these times in mind prior to bidding. If you can not pickup or make arrangements to have picked up and settled for during these times please DO NOT BID. Remember when you place a bid you are entering a legally binding contract with the State of ND and Orr Auctioneers.
